Extension and renovation, Pimlico SW1V
This large 5 storeys Georgian property in Pimlico consists of main house and basement flat. By adding an infill extension, our client increased size of the flat to 2 bedroom, which increase its rental value, and added 2 character balconies to the main house, providing much needed light and space.
We renovated the property throughout, creating an open plan living area and additional bathroom.
The project was completed on time in five months.
